「聴力を失った天才作曲家は、いかにして『第九』を生み出したのか」。 ルートヴィヒ・ヴァン・ベートーヴェンの苦悩と情熱を描く、エンターテインメントの枠を超えた劇的交響曲です。演出・白井晃、脚本・中島かずき、音楽監督・三宅純という最強のクリエイター陣が集結し、2015年の初演以来、再演のたびに旋風を巻き起こしてきました。 主演には、音楽に全てを捧げた偏屈な天才を憑依的な演技で体現する稲垣吾郎。彼を秘書として支えるマリア役の剛力彩芽をはじめとするキャストと、舞台上で奏でられる2台のピアノによる生演奏と声楽家20名によるコーラスが融合し、五感を震わせる「不滅の旋律」を劇場空間に響き渡らせました。

No.9 – The Eternal Melody is a dramatic symphonic stage work that goes beyond conventional entertainment, portraying the anguish and passion of Ludwig van Beethoven.
Bringing together an exceptional creative team—director Akira Shirai, playwright Kazuki Nakashima, and music supervisor Jun Miyake—the production has continued to make a powerful impact since its premiere in 2015, earning renewed acclaim with each revival.
The lead role is performed by Goro Inagaki, whose immersive portrayal captures the eccentric genius who devoted his life entirely to music.
He is joined by Ayame Goriki as Maria, Beethoven’s devoted secretary, along with a superb supporting cast.
Live performances by two onstage pianos and a chorus of 20 vocalists merge seamlessly with the drama, filling the theatre with an “eternal melody” that resonates through all five senses.
